Apparently voice recognition has a long way to go, I'd recommend when you talk to a computer (yeah, that sounds weird right?), be concise, unlike Paul Seth whose "Umm's" and "I believes" whips American Airlines computer system into a binary short-bus riding frenzy.

I think it did pretty well for the level of the technology, but it sure lets you know how far the technology needs to go. I remember spending hours making the making Mac's saying all kinds of retard stuff back when the voice automation technology came out in HS.

Yeah, it definitely needs to learn how to recognize normal speaking, and I think thats what the video was getting at besides being just plain funny.
